MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING

PRESENT: Florence Schroeter, Debra Arrieta, Pat Jones, Librarian, Lisa McMahon, and Charles Casella
ABSENCES: Viki Brinius, Tony Foran, Gloria Visgilio-Lupi, Rose Tavtigian
CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 6:35pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of Jan. 19, 2012 meeting were approved as submitted.
LIBRARIAN'S REPORT
• The Town is continuing it's review of the Library addition plans
• The Library Budget for the upcoming fiscal year has been submitted for Mayoral and Council approval
• Discussion is underway for the acquisition of additional areas for parking
CHAIRMAN'S REPORT
• The Library Commission's Budget for the next fiscal year was submitted to the Director of Finance
• Information was submitted to the Town Clerk concerning:
o Dates, Time, and Place of 2012 Commission Meetings
o Name, Telephone #, Addresses and the term of each Commission
member

o None
NEW BUSINESS
• Election of Officers will be addressed
• Formation of Committees will be discussed
ADJOURNMENT: The Commission adjourned at 7:50pm.
